Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Bsaunas Inc./HUUM. This Limited Warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from HUUM at Bsaunas (the "Physical Goods"). This warranty policy also encompasses HUUM’s warranty policy. As the manufacturer of the heaters sold on this website, HUUM has its own warranty policy/coverage, which we enforce as the main distributor for HUUM in Canada. Thus, the Bsaunas and HUUM warranty policies are closely intertwined.
ALL WARRANTY APPROVALS ARE ISSUED BY THE MANUFACTURER. If you encounter an issue with your HUUM product, please contact us at info@bsaunas.com to request warranty replacement. All warranty approvals come directly from HUUM, not Bsaunas. We will connect with the manufacturer via email, a warranty ticket number will be created, and the warranty process will begin—whether it’s troubleshooting that leads to an approval or an immediate approval; each warranty case is unique.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. With the approval of the manufacturer, Bsaunas Inc. will repair or replace, free of charge, any products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. As HUUM.CA is operated by Bsaunas and sells HUUM heaters, this warranty essentially covers any material or workmanship defects for 5 years from the date of purchase, pending manufacturer approval.
This warranty does not apply to problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. For instance, issues arising from incorrect installation by a certified electrician, improper storage conditions that cause damage, or heaters that are too small in kW for the room—thus pushing their capacity limits—are not covered. Heating elements, due to their expendable nature, are also excluded from this warranty as they inevitably require replacement due to wear and tear.
To initiate a warranty service, you must first contact us at info@bsaunas.com to assess the problem and determine the most appropriate solution.
If the door sensor is not installed or is somehow bypassed, this immediately voids the warranty. The door sensor is a core safety feature that turns the heater off if the door is left open, ensuring both safety and compliance with our warranty standards.
The warranty mandates that the purchaser must review and follow the user manual's requirements. It covers replacements for products or parts with manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used as intended and under proper conditions. Note that the warranty does not extend to heating elements or heater stones, as these are considered expendable parts. Additionally, it does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, transport damage, careless or improper use, or overloading. The warranty is void if the product is repaired by unauthorized personnel, non-approved parts are added, or unaccepted consumables are used. It also does not apply if the product set is incomplete.
Report any shortages, defects, or shipping errors within 7 days of the shipping date. For shipping-related damages, send us photos and videos documenting the damage, and we will file a claim with the carrier. Remember, we photograph every pallet before it leaves our warehouse to document its condition.
You can return all items purchased from Bsaunas Inc. within 30 days from the ship date, except for items marked “Final Sale”. Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Opened or damaged packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee. If the product has been installed or used, it is not returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
You are responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee, regardless of the reason for the return. In cases where the wrong item was shipped due to our error, we will cover the necessary costs to correct the order.
When returning items, ensure they are packaged as received, using all original shrink wrap, tape, and packaging. This helps prevent damage during return shipping. Improperly packaged returns may be refused or incur up to a 100% restocking fee if they are no longer usable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund less any fees. The restocking fee is 15% if the item has been opened, with a potential for a higher fee depending on the packaging condition. Used products are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or you may opt for store credit.
