If your order includes multiple items like a heater, stones, and control that need to be palletized, we’ll prepare it on a pallet, which is wrapped and strapped together. However, transportation carriers such as Manitoulin Transport or Day & Ross Transport, which handle palletized orders, typically do not offer expedited shipping like courier services (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS). For faster shipping inquiries, please reach out to us in advance, and we can discuss the possibilities and coordinate the details by special request.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, whether it's via courier service (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS for smaller shipments) or a palletized order via a transportation carrier, a team member will email you a tracking number. Courier services generally allow live tracking on their websites, where you can enter your tracking number. For palletized shipments, tracking capabilities vary by carrier, and we will specify the tracking details in the email you receive. For palletized shipments, the transportation carriers we use will always contact you in advance to schedule the delivery. They will never leave a pallet unattended on your driveway without prior coordination. For smaller orders shipped via courier services (FedEx, Canada Post, UPS), if no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will typically leave a notification slip advising where you can pick up your parcel, usually at a local post office or depot. This is standard practice for most courier services.
